Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of this website and to services purchased from Sonnywebs International. A proposal, order, statement of work or plan description may add specific commercial and delivery terms.

Service scope

Work begins after the agreed scope, responsibilities, fees and payment requirements are accepted. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate, additional payment or a separate engagement.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, lawful content, necessary access, decisions and approvals within reasonable time. Delays in content, access or approval may affect delivery dates.

Fees and third-party costs

Invoices and checkout pages state the applicable currency and payment schedule. Hosting, domains, premium software, advertising, payment fees and other third-party costs are included only when expressly stated.

Intellectual property

Customers retain ownership of materials they provide. Ownership or licence rights for final deliverables are governed by the applicable proposal or agreement and may depend on full payment. Pre-existing tools, methods, frameworks and licensed third-party assets remain subject to their respective rights.

Acceptable use

Services must not be used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing or security-threatening activity. We may suspend access where necessary to protect customers, systems or the public.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide dependable services, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the terms stated in the relevant agreement. Indirect or consequential losses are excluded where legally permitted.
