4. Payments & Fees

- Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
- Clients receive ownership rights to final approved deliverables (excluding third-party tools, plugins, stock assets, or licensed materials).
- Sonnywebs International retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All preliminary designs, drafts, and concepts remain the intellectual property of Sonnywebs International unless purchased.
6. Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party tools, plugins, hosting providers, or software. Sonnywebs International is not responsible for:
- Third-party outages
- Security breaches outside our control
- Changes in pricing or service terms by third-party providers
Clients are subject to the terms of those third-party services.
7. Website Maintenance & Security
While we implement best practices for security:
- We do not guarantee websites will be free from all vulnerabilities or cyber threats.
- Ongoing maintenance plans are recommended for updates, backups, and monitoring.
Clients who decline maintenance services assume responsibility for updates and security management.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sonnywebs International shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Technical interruptions beyond our control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

- Suspend or terminate services for non-payment
- Terminate services if clients violate these Terms
- Refuse service at our discretion
Clients may terminate services in writing, subject to payment for work already completed.
10. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality. Any sensitive business information shared during projects will not be disclosed without consent, except where required by law.
11. Revisions & Scope Changes
Projects include a defined number of revisions as stated in the agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
