Sonnywebs International – Terms and Conditions

By using the services provided by Sonnywebs International, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Agreement Upon confirmation of payment, Sonnywebs will commence project development or delivery as per the agreed scope and timeline. Modifications beyond the original scope may incur additional charges.

2. Intellectual Property All assets (designs, content, code, training materials) remain the intellectual property of Sonnywebs until full payment is received. Upon completion, rights are transferred to the client unless stated otherwise in the contract.

3. Client Content Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of all content provided. Sonnywebs will not be liable for any legal claims arising from client-supplied materials.

4. Confidentiality Sonnywebs agrees to keep all project materials, personal data, and communication confidential unless legally required to disclose.

5. Limitation of Liability Sonnywebs shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or legal actions resulting from the misuse of websites, tools, or training content delivered.

6. Refunds Refunds are not applicable once a project has started unless there is proven non-delivery from Sonnywebs. Deposits are non-refundable.

7. Support & Maintenance Support is available only as outlined in a maintenance plan or contract. Post-project updates, bug fixes, or training support may incur additional fees if outside original scope.

8. Payment Terms

9. Dispute Resolution Any disputes will be addressed in good faith through mediation. If unresolved, the matter will be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

10. Modifications to Terms Sonnywebs reserves the right to update these terms. Clients will be notified via email or through the official website.
